I deleted it. I am so sick of reading it.
I know what I need to do.

JUST DO IT ALREADY!(GOSH!)

You can do it! Are you keeping track of your diet yet? That is HUGE for self-accountability (in my experience) =)
That's my diet regimen—eat enough for a regiment.
