The King is on TV

My son Peter is part of the UNC childrens Promise telethon to raise money for
UNC childrens hospital.
News14 came and did a story on him, and is being broadcast every few hours today.

You can view the video here

Ignore the fat lady in the background...

Sarah I sat and watched this entire news story and it made me cry happy tears!! Thank you for sharing that and it was nice to see your son and you in "real life". Your son is one brave boy and you are one brave momma!!

After my heart attack I was left with the entire left side of my heart dead and only the right side working so I totally get Peter's life. I'm so happy he got that transplant. :)

The King indeed. Go Peter.

You look fantastic, Sarah! Very relaxed on camera, too.

Sarah, I am going to shake the dickens out of you when I see you, enough with the fat lady already!

That was an awesome video, and I love that they still call him King Peter! Brought tears to my eyes, I'm so happy for you all.

What a journey you have all been through. I knew all the nurses loved him, but I didn't know he was a King. So cute.

By the way - love the necklace you wore.
