I decided to add a new blog to my roster.

Hopefully i can inspire or motivate others to lose weight.

hah, that's awesome!! i'll be in your club. i've lost a good amount of weight but need to lose more. if you look at my post titled "OGH" from a few weeks ago, it explains more about it in there.
good luck sarah! I go to the ymca too, and I know what you mean about spotting yourself in the mirror! Just think though how good it will be to look in the mirror once you have started to make a difference
